You don’t need every piece below. Even the case number and county alone can help link patterns.
Case identifiers
- Utah juvenile case number
- County or court
- Approximate year
What happened
- Whether forced vinegar drinking, forced ingestion, food/liquid punishment, or similar punishment was involved
- Whether there was a protective order, DCFS case, police report, custody case, divorce case, juvenile case, or criminal case
- A short written summary of what happened
Supporting material (optional)
- Public filing links, docket references, or screenshots
- Police reports, if you are legally permitted to share them
- Photos or medical records, if legally permitted
Contact (optional)
- Names may be optional
- Contact information, only if you are willing to be contacted
